WWE Raw 25/4/2017 Result & Review

Chris Jericho.jpg

Well with the last WWE Raw before the Payback this sunday, there are nothing much that this show can do to sell their event tomorrow. The matter of fact, I also realize that the fans wasn’t really into the show besides of Chris Jericho vs Kevin Owens rivalry. Even though I been doing a review lately but hopefully that you guys could understand my situation currently.

The show started with Chris Jericho’s ‘Highlight Reel’ where everything when well initially but unfortunately it when boring as The Miz and Dean Ambrose interupted the show and to end this segment there is a brawl between Ambrose, Miz and Jericho.

First match of the night was Sheamus vs Matt Hardy, as the result of this match is Matt Hardy wins via pinfall. Honestly speaking about this match, I don’t feel the intense between the both stable as it is relatively like a typical feud set by WWE and I hope that WWE will set up a higher standard for the tag team division soon since that The New Day moved to SmackDown.

Neville and TJ Perkins were book agaisnt Austin Aries and Jack Gallagher as Aries and Gallagher win via pinfall. This match was good but as usual there were not much ring time between this wrestler.

Braun Strowman took on Kalisto in a Dumpster Match. As usual Strowman took control over the match but unfortunately he lost to Kalisto as Kalisto put Strowman into the dumpster. I have to say that the post match was really awesome as Strowman was upset as he lost to Kalisto and assaulted him before Kalisto was put into the dumpster and was pushed off the entrance ramp. My comment on this match is that I have to praised WWE on hitting the right notes with Stowmand.

Soon after, Bray Wyatt had his promo to remind Randy Orton about their match. Well I would say that the promo was ok but it’s a bit mixed up in a way because as both wrestler were in different brand and also WWE is trying to push the feud between Randy and Mahal over Wyatt even they are trying to balance up both feud.

The Clu and Samoa Joe supposely have a match between Enzo, Cass and Rollin but Enzo was injured before the bell rang. Luckily Kurt address the situation by replacing Enzo Amore with Finn Balor. The promo from Joe made him look fearsome. Besides that the match was fun and there some awesome highlight here and there.

The segment between Alexa Bliss, Bayley and Sasha was relative normal. Between the three female superstar, I have to say that Alexa is in her game as she did her job well as a heel in this promo. The upcome of this promo is that there is a match between Alexa Bliss and Sasha Banks as Banks won via count out. I would give the promo and the match are relative a typical way that the creative team do with Raw. I wish that they can do the promo better.

Another normal match between Apollo Crew and Curt Hawkins as Hawkins issued an open challenge, and Crews answerd. As usual, Hawkins is the jobber in the company right now. I would say that luckily WWE end this match quick because I felt that there isn’t a big outcome in this match between both wrestlers.

I would say that the main event of this show is relatively awkward as Miz trying has no tag team and also that Bray Wyatt interupted the match which causes the match ended in a no-contest. Well I feel that it’s a bit awkward because WWE is mixing up the situation with their superstar. Hopefully that WWE can overcome this situation soon.

Well that is all on my review and result of this show hope that you guys enjoyed it.
